The Hair-Loss Evidence Database
Every supplement, drug, and topical that claims to treat hair loss, graded on a six-tier evidence scale (S to D) against the actual published literature, regulator positions, and society guidelines. Curated from a 699-claim multi-domain evidence engine, scoped here to the 29 hair-relevant entries.
Use these landing pages to navigate the field by evidence weight rather than by marketing budget. Each row links to the full editorial article (where one exists) or shows the engine verdict alone.

About the engine
The verdicts are produced by a multi-layer evidence aggregator that checks every (intervention, condition) pair against PubMed systematic reviews, regulator positions (FDA, EFSA, NHS, WHO), authoritative clinics (Mayo, Cleveland Clinic, Harvard Health, NIH ODS), professional society guidelines, drug-interaction data, and an independent AI sanity review. Conflicts between sources are auto-detected and flagged. Every quoted statement is preserved with its source URL. The database refreshes continuously; this site rebuilds nightly to pick up new verdicts.
The articles linked from each row are independent editorial — written from scratch, hand-verified against the cited papers, and updated when the engine flags a change. See editorial standards for the full QA process.
